Solutions Fabricating, Inc. has a fully equipped welding shop within our 14,000 square foot facility. Our welders & fabricators are highly talented and have the expertise and know-how to handle a wide scope of projects. All projects are completed to meet or exceed your standards and tolerances and with on-time delivery. Whether it's MIG, TIG or Arc welding, we have the equipment and experience your company needs and demands.

Sheet Metal Fabricating

Solutions Fabricating, Inc. works closely with commercial building contractors, supplying them with their sheet metal needs. Some examples include AMP curbs & adapters, equipment support rails, pour stops & closure strips and specialty sheet metal equipment such as rooftop ventilator hoods. Our in-house equipment gives us the capability to bend and shear materials up 10 feet long, while holding tight tolerances. By being an O.E.M., companies have come to rely on Solutions Fabricating, Inc. because we meet or exceed their expectations and deliver a quality product.

CNC Plasma Cutting

Plasma cutting has become a more cost effective alternative to laser cutting. Our 5' x 10' plasma cutting system can handle metal thicknesses up 3/4" while maintaining close tolerances. There is little or no edge preparation necessary, saving fabrication time & costs. Our plasma cutting system is set-up to cut mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminum.

CAD Design

Solutions Fabricating, Inc. uses the latest 2D & 3D mechanical design software available. From your ideas, we can create a complete 3D digital prototype and perform product simulations on them. This allows us the ability to see every possible angle of the product, rotate or move parts and detect possible interference or clearance issues. For the customer, having the option of seeing their ideas come to life before it's ever built, gives them a true sense what their product will look like as well as how it will perform. It also allows the design process to flow quickly and more efficiently, saving you time & money.

Renewable Energy

We are currently working with several companies, developing & testing renewable energy systems. Our retractable masts systems for instance, have been developed to provide our customers with a means of supplying electrical power to remote locations. As more & more companies are going "green", we are constantly developing new designs to meet the demand. One company in particular has been RedHawk Energy Systems. Solutions Fabricating, Inc. has been working closely with them as their need for renewable energy systems grow. Our current designs include solar panel array, wind generator and communication antenna fixture assemblies.
